Microsoft released files facilitating use of their Azure Speech tools on web pages and in the Unity Engine, but as of October 13, 2023, I am not aware of any first-party support for the Unity WebGL platform. I created a custom Javascript Library allowing Azure Speech to function in unity WebGL. Currently, this plugin works best on a first-party hosting service like itch.io. Embedding in a website, like Squarespace, currently does not support microphone input. Please access the project on itch.io to try it out.
